You will be looking for "Zoom Workplace" to download
Mine was already installed:
look for Zoom Workplace
install then open
You will be asked for a
Presentation Name etc...
Do not attempt to join a meeting
as you need special information.
Send a connection request.
e-mail to:
TLGF.ONLINE@gmail.com
The tech will send you an
automatic link via your email.
Once you click emailed the link:
click on "JOIN"
You will get a view of the conference room
Your own picture at the top corner
(indicating your video is active)
The tech will stop your video
or ask you to do so until it is your time.
When the time has come:
you will get this message
Your video and sound will be
on the big screen. Speak clearly
and hold your phone so that your
face is centered nicely.
When you're done speaking:
touch the black part of the screen
and little "icons" wil appear at the
bottom. Touch mic and camera to
turn each off. (Unless asked to
stay on-line in "Zoom workplace")
Use the "Leave" at top right
Return to the main page and
connect with the YouTube live.
(YouTube can handle
more people at the same time.)
Select the version for your computer:
My computer has no video
Need to be using a laptop which has video/audio (or a USB camera)
You computer security may need permission to allow this...
You will see a view of the Conference room
with your picture at the top (but note I have no video)
The tech may ask you to turn off you audio / video until it's your turn.
You will get a message on the screen requesting your participation
When done "LEAVE" with the door at the bottom right
then click the red "LEAVE" button. (as seen below)
We would recomment that you download in advance
then run a test at 8:30-9:30am Jan25
this will mean sending a request email to
TLGF.ONLINE@gmail.com
just ask to be able to test your connection.
You will be asked some questions that will identify you

Please return to the main page and join in on the YouTube live
as that page can handle more people at one time. (Click button)
